What is Coaching?

Coaching is a transformative technique that is life changing and is designed to move you forward to achieve goals in your personal life, relationships and career. 

I’m passionate about providing an holistic, authentic and wellness approach to relationships and life.

Life is complex and many of us are fantastic ‘plate spinners’ and ‘jugglers’.  We hear so much about ‘self-love’ and ‘being kind to yourself’.  I also hear from clients that they just don’t seem able to prioritise themselves because of all that ‘juggling’.

As a Coach, I’ll help you to step away from a narrative such as ‘I’m broken or flawed’ so ‘how do I fix this problem I have with myself’ or ‘how do I fix this problem that others say I have’. We will work together to uncover any self-limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from living your best life.

Through coaching, I’ll help you to  explore your strengths, emotions and the triggers that show up in your life; how they manifest physically and emotionally, and how they influence or affect your decision making and the way you live your life.

We will also uncover any limiting self-beliefs that you may be unintentionally carrying and develop techniques to tame that annoying inner critic that casts doubt and holds you back and to adopt a mindset that will help you find undiscovered areas of balance an impact.

By improving your self-awareness, you will be better equipped to tune in to your own needs and this can also help you to be more in tune with the needs of your colleagues, line report, managers and the organisation.  Collectively, this can create the right cultural environment in which to make a more positive impact in the workplace.
