My name is Sandra O'Shea and I am the founder and owner of SOS HR. I'm a Chartered MCIPD with over 30+ years experience as an HR professional working across a range of business sectors and I'm also a qualified Business Coach.
I'm a highly skilled and effective HR professional committed to supporting businesses to thrive and do right by their employees.
